PTO Thanksgiving Food Drive to Support Bristol Lodge Food Pantry (Nov. 1-27)

The Weston PTO and the Weston Public Schools are collecting nonperishable food items to support the Bristol Lodge Shelter and Food Pantry. The Bristol Lodge Food Pantry serves a vital need in Waltham and surrounding communities by supplying food to anyone in need. Please look for information from the schools and please give generously.

Collection bins are outside elementary classrooms.

Suggested items to donate:  canned vegetables (low sodium), canned fruit (in its own water), peanut butter/almond butter, canned tuna/salmon/chicken, pasta, pasta meal, meals in a can, dried beans, rice, canned sweet potatoes, shelf stable condensed milk, low sugar cereals, kids snacks, cranberry sauce, pasta sauce, olive/canola oils, boxed juices, pancake mix, stuffing, boxed mac n cheese, condiments, spices, baby food.  Pull top lids are preferred for canned items and all items must be non-expired.
