2024 Solar Eclipse

On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse will cross North America. The eclipse will begin shortly after 2 PM and will last about two and a half hours until about 4:30 PM, which will overlap with dismissal at the Weston schools.

The Weston PTO has purchased DESE approved solar eclipse safety glasses for all WPS students. The glasses will be distributed to each student by the schools and Dr. Susan Erickson and Dr. Stephen Ribisi will inform and instruct students how to observe the solar eclipse safely.
