WHS Graduation Update

Dear Weston School Community,

Due to today’s forecast for rain, wind, and thunderstorms, we’re adjusting our plans to ensure a safe and memorable graduation. The ceremony will now begin at 4:00 PM today on the Town Green, as current predictions show the lowest chance of thunder around that time.

We’ll start promptly with the official conferral of diplomas for all graduates. Weather permitting, we’ll then proceed with the speeches. If conditions unexpectedly worsen, we’re prepared to move the ceremony indoors to the high school gymnasium, with a live stream available in the auditorium.

For the comfort of our graduates on the Town Green, ponchos will be provided. We encourage families to bring their rain protection if they wish.

We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to make this a special day for the Class of 2025.

Sincerely,

Susan Bairstow, WHS Principal
