Six Classrooms Impacted by Burst Pipes Today (Tuesday, April 2)

April 2, 2019/in School Newsletter /by Stirling Brandworks

Principal Maguire provides an update on the excitement that occurred at Country School this morning.  We had 2 pipes burst this morning, impacting 6 classrooms.  The pipe bursts caused flooding in Ms. Kasanov, Mr. Izzo, Ms. English, Ms. DeDonato, Ms. Poutasse and Ms. Wyman’s classrooms.

Students are all safe and their day was minimally impacted. Each class relocated to different classroom spaces in our building for the remainder of the day.  Our facilities department was quick to respond and all classrooms will be ready for occupancy in time for school tomorrow.

Both the students and faculty were incredibly flexible and handled the unexpected events of the day beautifully.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
