Message From Principal Maguire

Dear Country School Families,

I want to thank all of you for your continued efforts ensuring we all stay safe and keeping children home when not feeling well.  On Monday, October 26th, we began using the RUVNA app for daily, mandatory   symptom screening for all students entering the schools.  These notification reminders are delivered via SMS and email  at 6:15 am (with a reminder at 7:15 am) each morning.  This process will continue each day until further notice. If you do not fill out the screening, please be prepared to receive a call from our school.  We will remind you to fill out the mandated screening.  Thank you for doing your part to help with taking care of our community.

I would also like to remind those of you that drop off and pick up to arrive on campus close to 8:00 am arrival and 12:00 pm dismissal times.  Students will continue to be let out of the cars promptly at 7:55 am.  Arriving any earlier leads to potential traffic backing up to School Street.  At dismissal, please do not arrive before 11:55.  Doing so creates a significant back up and potentially dangerous situation on School St.  The traffic congestion on Alphabet Lane and School Street could potentially block an emergency vehicle getting on campus if ever needed. If you arrive on time and avoid getting here early,  you can help reduce the wait time and traffic congestion.  It will make the traffic flow run quicker because students will already be outside and ready to load into vehicles!  Thank you in advance for your help with this.

Best,

Erin
