Country School PTO Announcements for the week of January 18 to January 21, 2022

1. COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccine / Booster Clinic in Weston:

This clinic is offered by Transformative Healthcare via Weston Public Health and is rescheduled due to snow from January 7

When: Friday, January 21, 2022, 2-5 PM Weston Community Center, Great Room

What: Pfizer Vaccine or Booster Doses

  • First or Second Pediatric Dose (for those aged 5-11 years old)

  • First or Second Adult Dose (for those aged 12 and up who have not yet been fully vaccinated)

  • Booster (for eligible individuals 12 year and up, for whom it has been 5 months since completion of primary series of Pfizer mRNA vaccine/6 months since completion of primary series of Moderna mRNA vaccine OR 2 months since completion of Johnson & Johnson)

2. Upcoming Dates

  • Monday, January 24th at 2:45pm: CS School Council Meeting (rescheduled from 1/10)

  • Wednesday, February 2nd: CS Early Dismissal at 11:30

3. Weston SEPAC Event: SPECIAL NEEDS PLANNING

The Weston SEPAC is holding a discussion with Lisa Cukier, an attorney at Burns & Levinson on January 18th at 7pm. She will be discussing legal issues related to special needs planning such as conservatorship, guardianship, special needs trusts, and medical powers of attorney.

4. Country School Council Meeting:

Our next Country School meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 24th at 2:45pm via Zoom (rescheduled from 1/10). All are welcome to attend.

5. CS Gear

Spruce up your car, fridge, your student’s water bottle, and everything else with CS magnets and stickers! Stickers and magnets are $5 each.
