Student Experience Survey (for Families)
The following communication was sent out to all K-12 families on the evening of May 21, 2021:

Dear Weston Public Schools parents and families,
We are reaching out to all Weston Public Schools families to gather information on students’ school experiences over the last few years. The survey, developed in collaboration with the Weston Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC), is designed to help us assess school responsiveness to issues and/or struggles all our students may face, regardless of whether they currently receive formal educational support through the schools.
This has been a unique and challenging year. We believe it is more imperative than ever that we collect and act on this information now. The survey asks about you and your child(ren)’s experiences with school district processes, as well as how the schools have responded to any issues or struggles – defined broadly – that may have arisen over the past few years. All of the information you provide will remain confidential and anonymous. Although we will review individual responses, as they are often the most powerful, information will only be shared in aggregate and never attributable to any individuals.
Thank you in advance for telling your story. Your input will help us to make changes that will improve the experiences of all children and families in the Weston Public Schools.
