National Honor Society Induction Ceremony
WHS National Honor Society annual induction ceremony was held on March 21. 76 Students were inducted this year. See list below.
The National Honor Society was established in 1921 to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS honors students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Character. There are more than a thousand chapters across the country.
Membership is by invitation. Students in their second semester of their junior and senior years are sent a letter from NHS with an invitation to apply for membership.
