Brandeis University (in Waltham) students run a one day program each year called Splash, where they teach enrichment courses to area middle and high school students for free. This year’s Splash is on Saturday, November 16. There are some great topics that would be of interest and it provides a good opportunity for students to gain exposure to a college campus.
To register, look at the course list and all the info click here.
Classes will run from 12 pm to 5 pm. Classes will be 50 minutes long and will all take place in Mandel Quad at Brandeis University. You are not be required to stay on campus for the duration of the entire event. However, you are required to check out before leaving campus. Brandeis undergraduate students will be teaching all of the classes, and you will have the freedom to attend as many or as few classes as you’d like. However, we do encourage you to enroll in as many classes as you can to have the full experience! Check out this year’s course catalog.
