Community Service Opportunities

Community Service opportunities this month!

1) Country School Movie Night on Friday, November 22nd, 5:15 pm – 8:00 pm

The Country School PTO needs 4-6 high school students to assist with the Country School Movie Night. Volunteers are needed to make and serve popcorn from popcorn machines as well as helping with other tasks as needed. You should arrive at 5:15pm and plan to stay for the movie then help clean up. The Movie Night ends at 7:30 pm.

Please send an email to Ms. DeFoe by this Friday November 15th, if you are interested.

 

2) PTO Bristol Lodge Truck Loading on Wednesday, Nov. 27th, 8:30 am – 10:30 am

The PTO is looking for a 4-8 student volunteers to help load the Bristol Lodge truck with collected goods from the elementary schools. The anticipated loading times are:

8:45 – 9:15 am at Field School

9:15-9:30 am at Country School

10:15-10:30 at Woodland School

Please send an email to Ms. DeFoe by next Wednesday, November 20th, if you are interested.

Any student in good standing or who needs to work off detention can volunteer. Students will be chosen on a first come, first selected basis. If interested, please send an email to: defoek@weston.org and indicate the date you would like to help with.
