Information on Fall 2020 WHS Sports Season

Hello Weston High School Athletic Families,

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to try and provide some information regarding the 2020 Fall High School Sports Season.  As of right now, we are proceeding with the intention of starting on schedule (Football 8/21, all other sports 8/24).  That said, should the State/School System make any changes to the upcoming Fall Sports Season I will communicate that to you immediately.

Typically, we would have Player/Parent Meetings in June for the upcoming season, but this year we will have sport specific Zoom meetings which will be held by each coach individually. It is very important that each student-athlete register on FamilyID (www.FamilyId.com) soon and/or reach out to your coach directly via email. This will allow for our fall coaches to set up their Zoom meetings. Coaches will provide within their meetings tryout information, tryout locations, team expectations, etc. Below are the coach contacts for each sport.

Important Information:

  • Start Dates: Football – August 21/All Other Sports – August 24
  • All student-athletes MUST have an up to date physical on file with the high school nurse. Physicals are valid for 13 months and can be either mailed/emailed to the high school nurse Michell Rizza (rizzam@weston.org).
  • All student-athletes MUST register on FamilyID (www.FamilyID.com)
