Athletic Transportation Survey
Below is a link to a very short google form that I am asking if you would be kind enough to complete. The purpose of this form is to get a better idea as to how many “in-season” student-athletes participating in either soccer, field hockey, cross country or golf need WPS Transportation to/from weekday practices/games.
I will be back in touch once we have determined if there is a need for assistance with regard to transportation. I would like to have this form completed by Friday September 11th. I realize this is a quick turnaround, however we need this information for planning purposes.
