Senior Class Parent Volunteers Needed

Dear Senior Class Parents and Guardians:

We hope you all enjoyed the summer. We are excited about the school year ahead and hope that your kids are looking forward to the start of senior year. There will be lots of opportunities for you to get involved and volunteer for fundraising activities (to fund the senior overnight) and other events throughout the course of the year.

We write to you today to ask for volunteers to help with one of our larger fundraising efforts — the Snack Shack.

The Snack Shack relies on the participation of several parent volunteers to open it for home games on Proctor Field. Please consider grabbing some friends and signing up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0F45ADAA2EA2FA7-snack

Please keep an eye on this Sign Up Genius, as we anticipate adding more game dates. This is a really fun way to get together with other parents and students in a really festive atmosphere to cheer on our Wildcats!

The Faculty Advisors will work with the students to find additional volunteers to help you with sales during the game. When no parents sign up for a game, the snack shack will be closed, which is a missed opportunity for important fundraising!

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to either of us, or the WHS PTO Chair Team — Peter Ross, Jen Betty and Kara Nieto.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
