At its meeting of November 23, 2016, the School Committee voted to select Dr. Robert Tremblay, subject to successful contract negotiations, as the next Superintendent of Weston Public Schools. Thank you to all who participated in search process.
33 WHS Students were selected to participate in the Festival which will be held in Boston on January,9, 2016. 21 students received All Sate Recommendations which is a new WHS record.

Superintendent Search Update
The Weston School Committee is pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Robert Tremblay, subject to successful contract negotiations, as the next Superintendent of Weston Public Schools.
We would like to thank the search committee, as well as the faculty, administration, students, parents, and community members who gave their time to participate in the selection process.
We are excited to begin the next chapter for the Weston Schools, and we believe that Dr. Tremblay will move the district forward in our continuing efforts to be a truly exceptional school system.

Dr. Robert Tremblay: Since 2007, Dr. Tremblay has served as the Superintendent of Schools for Milford Public Schools in Milford, Massachusetts. Before becoming Superintendent, Dr. Tremblay held various positions in the Milford School system including Principal of the Memorial Elementary School (2001-2007) and Assistant Principal of Memorial Elementary School (1998-2001). Dr. Tremblay was a music teacher in the Dedham Public Schools (1997-1998), the Millis Public Schools (1996-1997) and the Norfolk Public Schools (1995-1996). Dr. Tremblay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Boston University, a Masters of Education from Lesley University, and a Master’s in Public Administration and a Doctorate of Education Administration from Northeastern University.
