On Wednesday, November 17, Dr. Cheryl Maloney, Superintendent, will conduct the annual test of our EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM.
This system is used in emergency situations only, which we expect to be rare instances. This test is part of our crisis management protocol. This protocol includes a review of procedures with staff members and an assessment/refinement of practices in each school building.
During the afternoon of Wednesday, November 17 all parents should receive a recorded phone message. When the messages are sent, we receive a complete report of which calls have been received in person, on voicemail, or not received. If you receive the call and have difficulty understanding it, or if you have not received a call by Thursday, November 18, please contact the main office in one of your children’s schools to relay this information. 
Thanks for your involvement as we test the notification system, which we believe is a valuable resource in our overall crisis management protocol.
