Woodland PTO Update: Week of January 25th

The Hope Grows Project (now through February 5)
Let’s all come together to create something beautiful! Children are asked to contribute an origami lotus flower or drawing which will become part of a larger, permanent art installation in the school. Lotus flower origami paper and templates will be going home to all Woodland students this week (incl to RLA families on Tuesday). Join other Woodland (and Country) friends and classmates for Art Night (see below) or complete on your own. Either way, flowers can be submitted directly to your classroom teacher or dropped off in the bin labeled “Hope Grows Project: Lotus Flowers” located under the overhang of the school. Please submit all completed lotus flowers by February 5.

Hope Grows Art Night (Thursday, January 28)
Art teachers Dana Lanciloti and Jake Ginga will host an evening of lotus flower origami for all Woodland and Country families.
