NEW* Woodland PenPals Project (now through April 30th)

Sign up to have your child matched with a fellow Woodland student pen pal and stay connected whether in RLA or in-school! Pen Pal kits will be supplied to all participants. Children will be able to draw or write short notes to their new pen pal, creating a new connection to another Woodland student during this crazy time!  Sign up via SignUp Genius.

Sign up this week (through March 5th), children will be matched week of March 8th and Pen Pal kits will be distributed shortly thereafter! Any questions, please just get in touch: or

Bus Driver Appreciation (March 15th)

We’re joining forces with other Weston schools to appreciate our bus drivers! All drivers will be gifted a travel mug, muffins and tea from Woodland, Country and Field PTO/families. If you’d like to create a note or drawing showing your appreciation, please feel free to drop off in bins located outside of Woodland school. Please put the name of your bus driver on the back. We will be collecting notes/drawings until 3/10. (See attached flyer)

Demystifying Transition Services:  A presentation hosted by SEPAC  March 9th,  9am

On Tuesday, March 9th from 9am-11am, the Weston SEPAC will host a presentation by nationally recognized transition and vocational expert, Judy Imperatore, from 9am-11am.  This presentation will cover important aspects of transition services and planning such as What is Transition?,  What are Transition assessments? and What should Transition look like in the IEP?    Join in on Zoom

Woodland School Council Meeting (March 15th)

The next Woodland School Council Meeting will be held on Monday, March 15 at 2:30pm. Zoom information to come as the date gets closer.
