WHS Graduation Now at 4pm, Friday, June 2

Hello Class of 2023 Wildcat Students and Families-

After looking at numerous weather apps and considering all the logistics involved with staging a graduation, we have made the decision to move today’s ceremony earlier by one hour to 4:00 pm. Graduation will be held outside on the Town Green. All options, including changing to an indoor venue and rescheduling to another date, were weighed and explored.

Graduates are to report to Town Hall at 2:45pm.  Due to the earlier time frame, the school buses are no longer available.  Seniors, please drive or get dropped off with your overnight bag to Town Hall for 2:45.  The overnight is still a go!

While we understand that changing the time of graduation with such short notice will result in plans changing for many families, we trust that you understand that, ultimately, we want the best for our graduating seniors.  No matter the date, or the weather outside, this is a special day.  Graduates, like life, make the absolute best of the hand we have been dealt.  Congratulations to each of you!
