Dear Parents and Guardians,
On Monday night August 10th, the School Committee voted to begin school in a modified hybrid model. Details of this model can be found in the School Reopening Plan on the Weston Public Schools website.
We are asking you now to complete an enrollment decision form. This form will give us the data to create and schedule school and Remote Learning Academy classrooms and sections, plan bus routes, and allocate computing devices. We ask you to carefully consider the options and make your choice for each school-age child in your household. Please complete one form for each student in your family.
We realize these are difficult decisions with complex implications. If you have any questions about your choice between the hybrid model and Remote Learning Academy, please contact Kimo Carter (email@example.com). If you have any questions about transportation, please contact Sheri Matthews (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you have any questions about computing devices, please contact Lee McCanne (email@example.com).
You will receive an email from “WPS-Info” for each student in your household. This email will contain a student ID number for each student. Please include the appropriate Student ID and corresponding student name when completing the enrollment decision form.
Please complete an enrollment decision form for each child by and submit by Monday, August 17th, 12:00 noon.
