Dear Parent/Guardian.

The Weston Public Schools (WPS or the District) provides information to the Weston Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) for use in their family and student directory (PTO Directory), may provide information to news media or post to our website about student accomplishments or newsworthy stories, and/or may post information about students to the District’s social media accounts.
The PTO Directory is available to all PTO members as an online app, and will only be available online beginning with the 2024-25 school year. The PTO directory contains the following information about your student(s) and household and will be shared ONLY with other Weston PTO members.

  • Student name
  • Student school
  • Student grade
  • Student address
  • Parent name(s)
  • Parent(s) address (if different from student address)
  • Parent(s) telephone number
  • Parent(s) email address

If you agree to allow WPS to release information about your family and student/s to the PTO, agree to allow us to share news and event information that may contain information or photos of/about your student(s), and agree to allow us to post such information to our District social media accounts, then NO ACTION IS REQUIRED. If you prefer to deny the release of any information to the PTO Directory, please complete the Opt-Out form by July 1st for the following school year, by logging into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, and selecting the “documents” menu option.
