This month we will be tasting Butternut Squash Noodles with Garlic and Oil!  These “noodles” are made using a vegetable spiralizer and can be a gluten-free substitute for wheat pasta in many recipes.  Students will be able to try the butternut squash noodles as we celebrate the vegetable as part of the Massachusetts Farm to School’s Harvest of the Month program.  More information about this program, including recipes used in past months, is available on the Taste Test Day homepage or by contacting WPS Nutrition Analyst and Farm to School Coordinator Kelly Shaw.
