Troubleshooting Zoom
Good Morning Weston Families,
As a means to assist with troubleshooting of Zoom, please try the following. To test Zoom, please go to http://zoom.us/test and “join”. If you are able to see yourself, this is a successful test. (Note you will not see anyone else or hear anything–this simply tests your device’s ability to make a connection to Zoom.)
If you are unable to connect, please submit, or update, an existing ticket with the results of the test.
