Strategic Planning Process (Please register to attend an April Zoom session!)
Dear Weston Public Schools (WPS) Community,
As you may know, the WPS District Strategic Plan is a detailed document touching on the District’s mission, values, strategic vision, key goals, initiatives, and more. The 2018-2021 Strategic Plan plan has helped guide us forward since 2018 and was followed-up by a progress report in Spring of 2020. This Spring, we are developing a new strategic plan to help guide us forward over the coming years.
WPS recently formed a Strategic Planning Committee including volunteer students, parents, teachers, and administrators. This committee will help the district to carry out the planning process together over the next several weeks. As part of this process, we invite families and community members to join us at an upcoming Zoom session, coming together to envision the ideal future for our students, schools, and the district community.
Please register now at one of the links below for an hour-long session featuring the envisioning activity (click here for details). Please note that this is an incomplete list of sessions, and some sessions will be co-hosted with community groups and/or school leaders.
