COUNTRY SCHOOL FIELD DAY

After a long break due to Covid, Field Day is returning on June 13! This will be a super fun morning filled with games, races, snacks, crafts, and more. What better way to signal that summer is almost here? To help us pull off this exciting and well-deserved break from the classroom, we need lots of help, so please sign up to volunteer! There are slots for parents who would like to help with activity stations, setup, and snack. Looking forward to the fun!

MENTAL HEALTH ESSENTIALS FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS

Please join us in collaboration with the Department of Wellness Education in Weston Public Schools and the Weston Wellness Education for “Mental Health Essentials for Parents & Caregivers,” on May 23 at 7:00 p.m, located in the WHS Library.

This 1.5-hour workshop for parents & caregivers will be delivered by experienced clinicians who will explore strategies to include mental health as part of your parenting. How to identify when loved ones need support for mental health, how and where to get professional support, and how to use strategies for self-care for yourselves and your loved ones.
