1. Welcome Coffee with Dr Green

Families are invited to join Dr. Green in the Field School Cafeteria to learn more about the start of the school year and to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Green will send more detailed information via email.

  • Thursday, September 14: Welcome Coffee for 4th and 5th families, 9am
  • Thursday, September 21: 4th Grade & New Family Coffee, 9am

To be more environmentally friendly and reduce waste, Principal Coffees this year will be BYO unless otherwise noted. We encourage you to bring your own coffee or tea in a reusable container!

2. Weston Public Schools CROC(k)

Weston Public Schools CROC(k), wouldn’t you agree?! To celebrate the start of another amazing academic year, WEEFC is excited to announce the sale of Weston Wildcat Croc charms! Pop ‘em right in to show your school spirit.

The cost is $10 per charm, and proceeds support enrichment programming at all five Weston schools. Hope to see you—and your Crocs—soon. Click the ORDER FORM for more information and to place your order (while supplies last).

3. Registration Open for Friendly Kids of Weston’s “Finding Nemo JR” (Today)

Calling all WPS fourth and fifth graders! Do you love to sing, dance, and perform? Or you’ve never been on stage, but would love to try it out in an encouraging and fun environment? Then Weston Friendly Society, in collaboration with the Weston Recreation Department and the Weston Public Schools, invites you to join us for a new season of Friendly Kids of Weston, a fourth and fifth-grade theatrical experience! This year, we will be presenting “Finding Nemo JR,” a lively stage musical based on the beloved Pixar film. Nemo, an adventurous young clownfish, longs to explore the world beyond his home. But when Nemo is captured and taken far away, his father sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean to find his son, assisted along the way by an assortment of lovable and memorable sea creatures. Rehearsals start on November 28, and performances will be in late March.   • Wednesday, September 27, 5:30-7:30pm: FS Back to School Night

  • Saturday, September 30, 7pm: WEEFC Fall Fundraiser on the FS Field.

  • Wednesday, October 4: Elementary Early Dismissal, 11:30am
