Class of 2022 Yearbook Information

Dear Senior Parents:

Congratulations on having a rising senior! Here are some details regarding the yearbook.

 SENIOR PORTRAITS

Each senior needs to provide the yearbook staff with a formal senior portrait. CoffeePond, will take formal senior portraits on 9/14, 9/18 and 10/20. The fee is $40, and you will receive 20 images from which to choose. To sign up, go to www.coffeepond.com and click on the blue button that says “Senior Portrait Sign Up.” Our school code is “WHS2022.” While it is easier for the yearbook staff if you take portraits through CoffeePond, it is certainly not mandatory. You can hire a different photographer or take one yourself. The deadline for portrait photos is Friday, December, 17th. Submit photos to yearbook@weston.org and make sure to name the photo with the student’s name.

BABY PHOTOS

Each senior also needs to provide a baby photo, ideally an actual photograph that was printed on photo paper. Taking a digital picture of these printed photos with a current phone camera will produce a very high-quality digital photo. Original digital photos can be submitted, but they need to be of high quality (at least 300 dpi). Baby photos are due Friday December 17.  Submit photos to yearbook@weston.org and make sure to name the photo with the student’s name.

PURCHASING A YEARBOOK

Yearbooks can be purchased through CoffeePond, our yearbook publishers. You will get an email link directly from the publishers to purchase a yearbook as soon as the site is up.

BUYING AN AD

Senior ads can be purchased beginning in September. These ads are optional, but many families chose to place an ad recognizing their senior. Final deadline for ad submission will be January 31. I will send out more information on how to submit an ad via email in late September.

THROWBACK PHOTOS

If you have a few favorite photos of groups of students from the class of 2022 when they were younger, please submit them to our throwback section. Throwback photos will be due January 8th. Submit by sending to the email yearbook@weston.org.
