Welcome Letter to Incoming Freshman, New Students and Returning RLA Students

Hello to our Incoming Freshman, New Students, and our returning RLA Students!

We are so looking forward to seeing you, August 31st, for our Orientation at Weston High School. Please join us in the auditorium at 8:45am. Teachers, administrators, parent advisors, and student ambassadors will be outside to greet you and to help get you to the right spot.

The morning will begin with a few words from your administration, followed by our guidance counselors who will spend time with you to answer any questions you may have regarding your schedule, and finally, our student ambassadors will lead tours around the building.

It is our hope that this will ease some potential anxieties, get you ready for your first day at WHS, and get you excited to become a Wildcat! We will wrap up by 10:00am. Please note that regular bus routes will run in the morning and at the conclusion of the orientation at 10:00am.

And for our Class of 2025 parents, new parents and RLA parents, you are cordially invited to a virtual PTO meeting on Thursday, 9/2 at 7:00pm. Here is a welcome letter to all of you from our incredible PTO Chairs, Stephanie Goldstein and Peter Ross that links to the meeting, offers volunteer opportunities, shares how to stay connected, and explains more of the role our remarkable PTO.

We look forward to seeing our students tomorrow in person and in masks, and our parents/guardians virtually on Thursday, 9/2 at 7:00pm. Go Cats!

Sincerely,

Paul Peri, Principal
Kelly Flynn, Assistant Principal
