Thanks from the Waltham Boys & Girls Club
The Class of 2025 recently participated in a winter clothing drove for the Waltham Boys and Girls Club. The Class of 2025 received the following letter and wish to thank those that helped make the drive such a success.
Dear Weston Class of 2025,
On behalf of the staff, Board of Directors, and most importantly, our Club members and families, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Class of 2025 and your compassionate community for supporting our winter clothing drive. Because of your kindness and generosity, 50+ youth received high-quality items like warm coats, snow pants, boots, hats, and mittens, and are equipped with proper attire to keep warm and safe throughout the cold New England winter.
All of us here at the Waltham Boys & Girls Club were truly moved by the number of items that were delivered and the time spent by you all and volunteers sorting the items into bags for Club members to take home. Your helpfulness alleviated the financial burden that many of our families experience each year to cover basic expenses for their children each winter. Your support of the Waltham Boys & Girls Club allows us to continue doing whatever it takes to help those in the community who need us most. Thank you for your kindness and commitment to helping others.
We are truly grateful.
With appreciation,
Caitlyn Garcia
