Still Time to Sign-Up for the Self-Defense Class!
“Be Your Own Hero” Self-Defense Class Open to WHS Students (April 5)
WHS is hosting a self defense class in the Black Box on Wednesday, April 5th from 1:00-2:00pm. Led by Impact Boston to help our students learn to defend themselves, 1World, a nonprofit organization started by a WHS student, has paid for a trial class during this coming early-release day.
There are many benefits and advantages to learning self-defense. You can protect yourself and others, give your self-esteem a boost, and improve your overall physical health! This class is open to all WHS students for a maximum of 15 students on a first come first served basis.
