Sophomore Class Boat Cruise – Saturday 9/23

Hello Parents and Guardians,

As you may have already heard from your student, the 10th Grade Boat Cruise is next Saturday, September 23rd! It’s going to be a fun evening of dinner, dancing and spending time with friends and classmates. We hope your student will attend!

This event is for Sophomore students only.

Students should wear semi-formal attire and comfortable shoes. We recommend bringing an extra layer as it can get cold on the water in the evening. A snack or light meal before departure is advised. Small clutches are allowed, but all other bags are prohibited. Tickets are $85/each and financial assistance is available.

Here is the general timeline for the evening:
4:45 – 5:00pm Students dropped off at WHS; opportunity for parents to take pictures of their student
5:00pm Students board the bus
5:30pm Students who live in Boston meet us at Mass Bay Lines at 60 Rowes Wharf, Boston, MA
5:45 pm Boat departs for cruise
7:45 pm Boat returns
8:15-8:30pm Students arrive at WHS for pickup by parents.
We recognize that there are games scheduled for Saturday afternoon so if your child has a sporting event or other conflict which will prevent them from making the bus, please have them reach out to one of the class faculty advisers: Jeff Dias diasj@weston.org or Jessica Arena arenaj@weston.org.
