Mission

The mission of Weston Junior Broadway is to inspire young students, Weston’s 5th graders, to become more confident and creative as they perform a full length musical. In addition to working with the 5th graders, we hope to influence other children with terminal illnesses by donating all of our proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. We hope to create a desire for Weston’s kids to help other kids and to do it in a fun and exciting way.

Weston Junior Broadway was founded in 2000 to bring members of the Weston community together to engage in the arts while raising funds to benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Through the efforts of the Weston Junior Broadway directors, the younger members of our community learn that it’s “cool” to take risks, and to be creative and gnerous.  Most importantly, over the years, these combined efforts have allowed WJB to donate over $80,000 to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
