Dear Parents and Guardians of the Class of 2028,

We hope you had a wonderful summer and that your junior had a good start to the school year.  For those of you new to WHS, welcome!  Samantha Bartfield, Alix Mackey, Christy O’Brien, and Nancy Varela are the class parents that help the class officers with their plans for the upcoming year, like fundraisers, dances, and other fun events.  Soon we’ll be emailing you a sneak peek of some things planned for the year (like prom!), but for now, we are looking for a family to host the annual fall social for parents only, preferably before the end of October. The class parents and volunteers do all the work – we just need the hospitality of a willing family. Please email Nancy at varelafamily5@verizon.net if you are interested.

This is going to be a great year!

Samantha (Skylar’s mom), Alix (Walker’s mom), Christy (Grace Colsman’s mom), and Nancy Varela (Marcello’s mom)

It is with great pleasure that we announce the Class Parents for the Weston High School Class of 2028! Please join us in welcoming Sam Bartfield, Christy O’Brien, Nancy Varela and Alix Mackey.

They will work closely with two Faculty Advisors, Cary Monz and Erin Lordan, and the soon to be elected class officers. They will also continue to build a great sense of school spirit and community within the class! The Class Parents will support the student council as they take on increasing responsibility for planning and carrying out social events, community service, and fundraising activities.
