Hello Senior Families,

Each year the parents of the senior class run the Snack Shack on Proctor Field during football games to fundraise for their Senior Overnight and Graduation Festivities!  It is a super fun tradition and this year we have 6 home games including the Thanksgiving Game vs. Wayland!

There are many opportunities to help either in the snack shack or by making a donation which would go towards buying the inventory (e.g. pizza, hot dogs, drinks, snacks, etc.) for the Snack Shack.

To make a donation of $10, $20, $40 or any amount which is greatly appreciated please click DONATION

To volunteer please click VOLUNTEER

Additionally, If you would like to volunteer to be the photographer for any of the games, please reach out to one of the team’s Captain Parents: Jen Betty, Daina Selvig or Mary Kate Shorter.

• Looking for volunteers to host a Class of 2027 Parent Potluck Social in September or October (and again in May because we’ll have a lot to celebrate!).  Please reach out if you’d be willing to host –the parent advisors will do the invites, signups and help with setup and cleanup.
• Seeking help with the Snack Shack at home football games and other select evening / weekend fall sporting events.  A longstanding WHS tradition is that the senior parents run the Proctor Field Snack Shack with all proceeds going towards senior class events. The first home football game is on Friday, September 18^that 6PM (additional games are 9/25, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23 at 6PM and Thanksgiving day at 10AM).
  • We are looking for a couple of people to spearhead the initiative, please reach out if you are interested.
  • Each game must have a serve-safe certified person at the shack – let us know if you have the certification and are willing to volunteer.
  • Lastly if you can’t make either above commitment, you’ll still be able to get in on the fun by donating and / or volunteering for specific nights (Sign Up Genius to Follow).

We will keep you posted about senior happenings and please reach out with any questions.

Thanks,

Class of 2027 Parent Advisors

Claudia Spada, Julie Driscoll, Kelly Kirmelewicz, Shelly Kohler
