Dear Senior Parents:
Congratulations on having a Weston High School senior! Below are some important details regarding the Weston High School Panorama yearbook.
SENIOR PORTRAITS
Each senior needs to provide the yearbook staff with a senior portrait. CoffeePond, our yearbook photographers, will take senior portraits on three upcoming Saturdays 9/26, 10/3 and 10/17. To sign up, use this link. While it is easier for the yearbook staff if you take portraits through CoffeePond, you do not need to use them. You can submit any photo you like! The deadline for portrait photos is December, 31, 2026. If you choose not to use CoffeePond for your photo, please submit photos to yearbook@weston.org and make sure to name the photo with the student’s name.
BABY PHOTOS
Each senior also needs to provide a baby photo, ideally an actual photograph that was printed on photo paper. Taking a digital picture of these printed photos with a current phone camera will produce a high-quality digital photo. Original digital photos can be submitted, but they need to be at least 300 dpi resolution in order to be clear in the printed book. Baby photos are due December 31, 2026. Submit photos to yearbook@weston.org and make sure to name the photo with the student’s name.
PURCHASING A YEARBOOK
Yearbooks can be purchased through CoffeePond at this link. The password is Weston27 and the deadline to purchase a book is January 31, 2027. The yearbook costs $80, but we want every senior to be able to have one. If this price is out of your budget, please reach out to me, and we will use scholarship money to ensure you have one reserved for your senior.
BUYING AN AD
Senior ads can be purchased beginning in November. These ads are optional, but many families choose to place an ad recognizing their seniors. The final deadline for ad submission will be January 31, 2027. I will send out more information on how to purchase, create and submit an ad via email in November.
THROWBACK PHOTOS
If you have a few favorite photos of groups of students from the class of 2027 when they were younger, please submit them to our throwback section. Throwback photos will be due December 31, 2026. Submit by sending to the email yearbook@weston.org

Mission
Club Highlights
The goal of this club is to create the high school yearbook for the current year, Every year the editors and staff publish a book that tells the story of that particular year. Students who participated in its creation should be extremely proud to have been involved. Last year’s book contained nearly 300 pages full of wonderful photos and stories. Every student, and faculty/staff member, was included in some fashion in one of the following sections—Opening, Senior, Underclass, Faculty/Staff, Sports (fall, winter, spring), Fine Arts, Students Life, Recognition Ads.
PANORAMA is the yearly publication that documents life at Weston High School. A student’s interest and abilities can lead him or her to work in photography, business, writing, layout and design, art, typing, word processing, organization and/or management. The time commitment varies dependent on an individual’s desire to become involved. Some positions require minimal involvement. Editorships represent a major time commitment, particularly near publishing deadline.
