Congratulations Geo Bee Contestants!
Congratulations to the 26 students who won the Geo Bee classroom rounds and qualified to compete in the Weston Middle School Geo Bee yesterday. A special congratulation goes out to William Houston, an 8th Grader, who is our school champion! William will take a qualifying test and then be eligible to compete in the Massachusetts State Geo Bee on April 6th, 2018. Winner of the National Bee will win a $50,000 scholarship and a prize trip. Also, thanks to all social studies teachers who volunteered to help out, and we will see you all at next year’s Geo Bee!
