Pooled Testing Registration Information

March 9, 2021/in Athletics, Country Elementary School, COVID-19, District, District Newsletter, District Projects, Emergency Update, Field School, Health Services, High School, Middle School, School Committee, School Newsletter, Woodland /by margolinj

Dear WPS families,

Below, please find detailed instructions for registering students for pooled COVID-19 testing.

The final day of individual PCR testing for students will be March 30. Whether or not you/your student have already been registered for PCR testing through Project Beacon, you will need to (re-)register for the new “pooled” testing program. Please be sure to use your school-specific code, which can be found on the second page of the attached instructions sheet.

Also, please note that weekly pooled testing will be mandatory for students grades 6-12 who are participating in school athletics and music programs this Spring. For more information on pooled testing, please see this earlier communication, and this slide presentation, or consider contacting your school nurse. Thank you in advance for reading this, and for registering each student.
