In February 2023, Dr. Connolly announced her intent to depart the superintendent role to pursue other opportunities. Shortly thereafter, the School Committee initiated a search for an interim superintendent. This page provides information for the School Community about the search effort.

Interim Superintendent Candidates

On April 3, 2023, the School Committee announced the following candidates as finalists for the interim superintendent position: Mr. John Gibbons, current Weston Middle School Principal; Mr. Paul Peri, current Weston High School Principal; and Dr. Karen Zaleski, current Hopkinton Director of Student Services.
