Physical Education is the time of day for students to work hard, learn about their bodies and have fun.  Twice a week, for thirty minutes, students will learn manipulative skills, body/spatial awareness and teamwork skills.  We also discuss ways to lead a healthy lifestyle outside of school by eating well-balanced meals, getting plenty of sleep, and exercising.  Ask your child what we played in PE; you can even try our games at home!

Help your child be a full participant in all of the activities by helping them bring his/her sneakers on PE days.
