KEY WPS QUESTIONNAIRES FOR COMPLETION

  • Family Testing Survey: WPS is hoping to gather input as they consider different COVID testing options and request participation in the  Family Testing Survey. Please complete this survey by Wednesday, November 18th.
  • Request to Change Enrollment Form: Please fill out a  Request to Change Enrollment Form if you wish to change your child’s enrollment in January, either from Remote Learning Academy to the in-school program or from the in-school program to Remote Learning Academy. Please complete this form by Monday November 30th. (If you do not want to change your child’s enrollment, please do not fill out the form.)

Woodland Virtual Family Trivia Night! (November 20, 5 pm – 6:15 pm)

Support fundraising efforts for the John Hudson Memorial Scholarship Fund through purchase of desserts for the holiday! Orders must be submitted and purchased by 12pm on Thursday for pick-up on Saturday. For questions, please email the BWMPO.

Support Bristol Lodge Food Drive (ends Tuesday, November 24th)

Don’t forget to donate non-perishable goods for this year’s Food Drive!  All donations can be placed in plastic bins located outside of each grade entrance. RLA students can drop off there too! More details here.

 

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES + OTHER

If interested in volunteering with the Bristol Lodge Food Drive, please contact your room parent for more details. Flexible volunteer opportunities (transferring and tallying donation totals) would be between now and 11/25.

Don’t forget to send in a laundry bag with your child before December 1 to assist with managing cold weather gear.
