Grade 3 Photo Permission Needed for Yearbook

Dear Third Grade Woodland Families,

This year’s Yearbook Committee (Katie Daunis, Anna Dvinsky, Nikki Lee & Rebecca Sommers) is working hard on the upcoming yearbook. Each year those involved make sure to have a great representation of all third graders but need your permission to use photos of your child. Please complete the consent form at your earliest convenience.
