World Language Week March 4-8

World Language Week is the week of March 4, 2024. As part of the celebration, the World Language Department would like to invite parents/guardians to come into Spanish classes to share their cultures and languages with students. Your visit does not need to be related to the culture of a Spanish-speaking country; the more variety, the better! Some ideas for sharing are: demonstrations (salsa or merengue, for example), cultural projects (papel picado, origami, etc.) and slideshows and/or artifacts from other countries. There are many other possibilities as well such as reading a picture book or singing songs.

Please contact your child’s Spanish teacher Kristen Sheridan or Kimberlee Kasanov if you’re interested.
