Welcome!
•Enriching our Students • Supporting our Schools
•Connecting Parents • Creating Community
Dear Weston Public School Families:
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! We look forward to a terrific year ahead.
The Weston PTO is an all-volunteer, parent-run, non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the education of our children and fostering community within our schools. If you have a child in the Weston Public Schools, please join or renew your Weston PTO membership for the 2023-2024 school year. The PTO is supported entirely through membership dues and contributions. The annual membership dues are $75 per household. Want to connect with other PTO families? Your membership also grants you access to the Membership Toolkit online directory and phone app, a very helpful resource for parents. When you purchase your membership you will have the option to purchase a printed paper directory as well as sign up for various volunteer opportunities.
Volunteering is not a requirement of PTO membership, but we welcome volunteers to help with the many events that happen across our schools throughout the school year. These events happen because people volunteer their time and talent, and there are many opportunities of different time commitments to get involved. Whether it’s helping out at a class event, bringing performers, artists and authors to our schools, coordinating guest speakers for our parent community, volunteering at a STEM Fair, welcoming new families to the community, helping our Green Team’s sustainability programs, supporting our communications team, or serving as a school chair, we have a place for you!
We have an amazing public school district thanks to the talented and dedicated faculty, staff, administration and parent volunteers. We look forward to seeing you throughout the year ahead at the principal coffees, various parent education events, and many of the PTO-supported events and activities our team of dedicated volunteers help to organize.
Please feel free to reach out and let us know how we can help you or if you’d like to get involved.

About the Weston PTO
The Weston Public Schools Parent Teacher Organization (Weston PTO) is an all-volunteer, parent-run, non-profit organization committed to enhancing and enriching the education of our children and fostering a sense of community within our schools. We seek to keep parents connected and informed by facilitating a closer relationship between school and home and serving as the communication link between the two. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to strengthen the Weston Public Schools’ capacity to provide the highest quality education possible for all students.
Our annual budget is raised solely through membership dues. We urge all families with children attending the Weston Public Schools to join as PTO members each school year. Each membership helps augment our children’s school experience and supports our educators in fulfilling their vision.
Parent involvement is a fundamental part of what makes a school community rich and robust. We take great pride in the strength of our PTO and encourage you to learn more about our programs and get involved in any of the many volunteer opportunities that work with your interests and schedule. Please read our full Mission Statement.
