Welcome to the Weston PTO!

We are looking forward to another year of supporting our vibrant Weston public school community through arts enrichment, STEM programming, community building events, parent education, faculty and staff appreciation, charity drives, timely communications, parent volunteer opportunities and so much more.

If you haven’t already done so, please join or renew your membership by clicking on the Join/Renew link.  Did you know the PTO is funded through membership dues?  These funds are used to support and strengthen our community of students, teachers and families and we can’t do it without your support!  Membership dues are only $50 per family per year, and volunteering is not required (although we love volunteers)!

To stay informed, please check back here often, follow the Weston PTO on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and check your email every Wednesday for Westword, our PTO-member exclusive electronic newsletter.

Interested in volunteering?  Maybe you’ve got a love for Creative Arts, or a passion for STEM.  Maybe you love to help run events, or have a green thumb.  Maybe you’re outgoing and want to welcome new families.  Maybe you’re super organized and a good communicator.  Got time on your hands?  We’d love to help you fill it!  Busy but want to be involved on an ad hoc basis? That’s great too!  Weston PTO is for everyone, and we welcome your help and enthusiasm to work to make our school community even more vibrant.  Just click the ”SignUp” link on MySchoolAnywhere when you join or renew your membership, or anytime throughout the year.  Interested in NOT volunteering?  That’s fine!  Your membership dollars support the work PTO does, and we couldn’t do it without your sponsorship.

As always, please contact us with any questions or ideas.  We look forward to hearing from you, and appreciate your support.

About the Weston PTO

The Weston Public Schools Parent Teacher Organization (Weston PTO) is an all-volunteer, parent-run, non-profit organization committed to enhancing and enriching the education of our children and fostering a sense of community within our schools. We seek to keep parents connected and informed by facilitating a closer relationship between school and home and serving as the communication link between the two. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to strengthen the Weston Public Schools’ capacity to provide the highest quality education possible for all students.

Our annual budget is raised solely through membership dues. We urge all families with children attending the Weston Public Schools to join as PTO members each school year. Each membership helps augment our children’s school experience and supports our educators in fulfilling their vision.

Parent involvement is a fundamental part of what makes a school community rich and robust. We take great pride in the strength of our PTO and encourage you to learn more about our programs and get involved in any of the many volunteer opportunities that work with your interests and schedule. Please read our full Mission Statement.
