Welcome to the Weston Public Schools.
The Central Offices of the Weston Public Schools are located in historic Case House at 89 Wellesley Street. This is the headquarters of the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations, Assistant Superintendent for District Advancement, Director of Student Services, Director of Technology and School Libraries; Director of Human Resources, and Director of Facilities.
At November 27, 2018 Special Town Meeting, the voters of the Town of Weston approved funding for the Case House Renovation Project. Renovations will begin in January 2019. The WPS School Administrative Offices will be relocated throughout the duration of the renovations as follows:
- Superintendent and Office of Teaching and Learning will be at Field School. (Visitor access at door near rear of public library. Please use doorbell.)
- Office of Student Services, Business Office, Human Resources, and Bookkeeping will be at Woodland School.
- Technology and District Advancement will be at Country School.
- Facilities will be at the Fiske Law Office building.
All telephone numbers will remain unchanged.
The five-member School Committee is elected to three-year terms by the townspeople. The ten-member Weston Education Enrichment Fund Committee (WEEFC) is a permanent sub-committee of the School Committee appointed by the School Committee to three-year terms. Both of these committees are supported by Case House staff.
School Committee, WEEFC and other administrative meetings are held at Case House. During the Case House renovation, School Committee meetings will be held in the Amy Potter Center of Weston Middle School, 456 Wellesley Street. WEEFC meetings will be held in the Assistant Principal’s Conference Room at Weston High School, 444 Wellesley Street. Schedules and upcoming agendas are posted on their respective pages.
The independent Weston Parent-Teacher Organization is a volunteer organization that supports teachers in the classroom and helps parents navigate their children’s educational experience.
